A rare and lovely night light / oil lamp by Schneider-Le Verre Français circa 1927. Acid etched decor 'Lavandes' (lavender): with stylized flowers and leaves.

A glass shade on a base with three stylized leaf design feet. A deep dimple on top where some scented oil can be added. Beautiful and elegant !!

Violet glass overlaid with violet to mauve. Signed 'Charder' in cameo . Newly rewired!

Edited between 1927 and 1928.

In 1927, to personalise the ” Le Verre Français ” line, the additional signature ” Charder ” ( a contraction of Charles Schneider ) was created. It was executed in cameo

mint condition!!

PS. On the lighted pictures the colours are not correct because the bulb in the lamp is too high. I did not have a lower voltage bulb at the moment!
