Verzending gebeurt via BPost of Post NL, met tracking nummer. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schade of verlies veroorzaakt door de post of andere leveranciers-bedeling.

Aangekochte goederen dienen binnen 15 dagen te worden opgehaald, tenzij andere afspraak of betaling van een voorschot op bovenvermelde rekening. Zoniet vervalt de verkoop.

Voorschotten zijn uitsluitend geldig voor de stukken vermeld op het ontvangstbewijs en dit gedurende 14 dagen vanaf datum van ontvangst van het voorschot.

Teruggaven uit België of Nederland worden aanvaard tot 7 dagen na ontvangst van het object, op voorwaarde dat het item zich nog in de oorspronkelijke verpakking bevindt en het item niet veranderd of beschadigd werd door de koper.

Teruggaven worden eveneens aanvaard wanneer het object sterk afwijkt van de beschrijving, met dien verstande echter dat de koper er zich wel terdege bewust moet van zijn  dat het aangekocht object een antiek/ oud item is en dus steeds wel gebruikssporen en enige slijtage zal vertonen.

De kosten van het object, exclusief de verzendkosten, worden terugbetaald binnen de week na ontvangst van het teruggestuurde object. De verzendkosten voor het terugsturen van het object blijven ten laste van de koper.

Bij verkoop via verkoopssites zoals Ebay, Tweedehands, Marktplaats enz. gelden bovendien de verkoopsvoor'waarden opgelegd door deze sites.

- Payments:

Worldwide payment can be made by Paypal. Even without a Paypal account, you can safely and securely pay with any major credit card.

Within Europe payment can be made by Paypal or by international bank transfer to my IBAN number.

Within Belgium you can pay with bank transfer or cash for pick up.

 

- Shipping:

As soon as your payment has arrived, your order will be shipped ! You will be informed by mail!

Normally your order will be sent by the Belgian post or PostNL ( = post of Holland) .

All items are sent with tracking info. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent by the post or other delivery services.... Off course I will do my utmost best to help you trace a parcel in the unlikely case that this is necessary. 

- Return policy: (!! for other countries than Belgium and the Netherlands ! ! )

Returns are accepted after you have contacted me and must be returned within 15 days of the arrival of  your item(s). The original shipping costs are not refunded.

The item must be returned at your expense in the same way and with the same shipping options it was sent to you. (with tracking info, registered or with signed for, and/or insured mail).

Returned goods must arrive in the same condition as they were shipped. Damaged or altered goods will not be refunded!

Original shipping will only be refunded in case of a mistake in the description. Then a total refund will be given.
